Meet Lidia Chambi

My wife Rowena began sponsoring Lidia Quezo Chambi in 2003 and continued until April 2008 when Child Fund informed us that Lidia and her family moved out of the project area and was no longer enrolled in the project.

Rowena’s act of kindness has been supported by our Christian values of reaching out to those in need. I joined her soon after to support her causes as well as the one’s I was involved in.

Knowing we were both involved in a child’s life and the relationship we built with them through the regular letters and so forth has been such a rewarding feeling and it has taught us to appreciate what we have in our lives.

Child Fund ensures that we are kept in regular contact with our children and here are  examples of some of the correspondence we receive.
